I know it's a pretty minor thing, but I always wanted one on wotmania, and being able to use it all the time on Skype has spoiled me. There's just something so... definitive about a nodding smiley, as if it's saying, "The preceding statement is so manifestly true that only a moronic lunatic would disagree. " Since that's true of all my posts, you can see why the need is so great. *nods*
