Non-premie user cannot view profile pictures

I haven't gotten around to getting Paypal fixed and so does not have a premium account right now. I saw a discussion of profile poictures on the CMB, and naturally went to look myself, but the profile were very sparse without any images. It's the same if not logged in at all.

I'd personally rather have it so that if you're not logged in, you can't see user profiles at all...

If so, things are working just fine; the reason you can't see profile pictures is because everyone else doesn't have a premium.
