Replying with default title, "Re: " added to long posts causes error. (Aemon)

If you reply to a post using the default title for your response, the "Re: " that gets prepended will bump long posts over their allotted 100 character limit.
Restated, if someone posts a thread with a 100 character title, and you try to respond using the default title, your title will be "Re:" and your post will not go through, instead displaying: "Ensure this value has at most 100 characters (it has 104)."
This isn't exactly a bug, since RAFO is properly determining that the subject line did indeed exceed its limit. However, it's very annoying to have to edit the subject / come up with a new one, since if you're using the default title, you're probably trying to response quickly.
Would you mind changing this, when you have a chance? Thanks.

Second paragraph is supposed to say that your title will be
"Re: [previous post title here]"
Think I used angle brackets last time, so it was interpreted as bogus html.
