Seriously, though, I wanted to read more Russian literature this year, which will likely consist of most of the Russian Book Club books plus Anna Karenina. I'm also on a "read the collected works of AS Byatt" project, but that's more because she's just that damn good that somehow reading a book by her sounds like more fun than reading one by most other authors.

As for foreign languages (as in, you know, not Dutch and not English), I started reading Cornelia Funke's Inkspell (Tintenwelt) trilogy in German to practice it some last year, and am still reading the last book, other than that I read some when it comes up but don't really make a point of it.
