Warbreaker's Shard was called Endowment, which makes sense if you've read the book.
The magic systems are either directly from a Shard, such as Allomancy from Preservation *Spoilers for Mistborn Trilogy* or Hemalurgy from Ruin, or from the interaction of two Shards, such as Feruchemy. So when Sanderson says Way of Kings has around 30 magic systems, it could be the result of a few shards and some strange combinations between 2 or more of them.
Elantris might have two Shards on it, the Dor is a definite one, and then possibly something related to the Blue Pool. I don't think Sanderson himself is sure on that yet though.
And Hoid is in every book (excluding the Alcatraz series), though not always mentioned by name.
I've heard mention of 3 realms, the Physical, Cognitive and Spiritual. I don't know much about them, but they are supposed to play a big part in Way of Kings.
