The desire mutated into wanting wanting psychology.
I think the book was The Naked face. It was Sheldon's first novel, and he wrote it because the plot was too convoluted for a movie - he wrote screenplays at the time.
Anyway. I still sometimes wonder if I should shift paths and become a psychologist.
What else? I dunno. I mean, if you think about it, a lot of the stuff I do and know comes from books. A lot of my personality is formed not just towards books but because of them.
OOH I have tried to lick my elbow. I don't remember the book in question.

Even now, that gives me a horrible urge to lick my elbow. It is like a switch in my head.
Have you received my letter yet?

Do you ever do something just because you'd read it in a book?

Difficult here in Edinburgh, what with the way it doesn't keep to one direction. *NM*
