so, basically i haven't had the desire to read anything for about 3 weeks now. i mean, read a book for fun, not the usual stuff i read on a daily basis (news, internet stuff, etc). has anyone here ever had the same? and what do you do to get around it? i'm kind of stuck right now...
I've started Chaosbound by David Farland and Gardens of the Moon by Erikson, and I can't seem to go anywhere in either. And I also have a new book from John Brown (Servants of a Dark God) that I've heard is good and can't get into. It's all Glen Cook's fault for making The Black Company series so good.
But what I'm trying to do to get out of it is actually writing. I usually find that when I write and want inspiration or I'm having trouble with a scene, I like to read other stuff.
Here's to keeping the spirit of Wotmania alive...cheers to RAFO

You could start a new series by listening to the first book's audio version while taking a walk

I have only had that one time. I think it was brought on by a few bad choices in a row.
