For the life of me, I can't remember, and I feel like Googling it would be cheating (yet, somehow asking all of you isn't...)
All I can remember are the damn stillsuits, and "The Spice Is Life!"

I know they ate a sort of porrige/gruel for Breakfast. That was referenced in the first-or second-chapter of Children of Dune.
Somewhere in the first book, Paul is given two morsels of food, each wrapped in a leaf. It's specifically described as "...Bird flesh and grain, bound with Spice honey, and wrapped in a leaf..."
And, of course, there's the ever-presen Spice coffee...
I suspect their diet would be representative of your average Arabic-type desert-living culture, barring the Spice, of course...
If the human brain were so simple we could understand it, we would be so simple we couldn't understand it.
