Yes, Specialist's Hat was in Magic for Beginners, I think?

So I'm thinking it'd have to be the following:
- Kushiel's Mercy, Jacqueline Carey
- Angels and Insects, A.S. Byatt
- (finished) Babel Tower, A.S. Byatt
- The Djinn in the Nightingale's Eye, A.S. Byatt
- Andromaque, Jean Racine
- Phèdre, Jean Racine
I'd comment on yours, but I haven't actually read any of them. Although I believe some of the stories in Pretty Monsters are also in Link's other book that I did read... The Specialist's Hat, perhaps? Fantastic story.

Nope, Stranger Things Happen. Good things happen when I look them up, apparently.
I read both that and Stranger Things Happen, can't remember exactly which stories appear in which. I read Pretty Monsters as well.
I think my favorite story was in both Magic and Monsters, Magic for Beginners (title story in the first, obviously). There were a couple of other repeats, but that was definitely the one I was most excited to read again.
Taking a break from being Ella
What did you read in January?
