I'm just getting back into The Bonehunters (if the next book is this hard to read, I'm quitting the series), and I need to be reminded of a few things:
1. Is the place where Minala/Trull/etc are defending the First Throne that same island where Cutter and Apsalar got separated?
No, the throne on the island with Cutter and Apsalar was the throne of Shadow, not the First Throne.
2. How did Trull and Onrack get to said place? The last thing I remember was them interacting with the Tiste Liosian. (spelling?)
I don't remember.
3. Who the hell are Monok Ochem and Ibra Gholan? Where did these T'lan Imass come from?
I believe that they were the renegade T'Lan Imass that Onrack and the others with him were chasing when we first meet Onrack.
4. Who in the BLUE HELL is Edgewalker?
I'm pretty sure he's not anyone mentioned previously in the main books, so we'll just have to wait to meet him.
