-Propriatary formats: until the ereaders wise up and have adopt a single format for all readers, I'm not interested.
-DRM: I'm funny in that if I buy something, I actually want to own it. Until publishers wise up and get rid of DRM, I'll not be purchasing ebooks (same goes for digital audiobooks).
And believe me, I'm the sort of customer that they should want.
