In Randland I would want to be a member of the Illuminators guild and I would want to be there about 60 years before the Aiel War. That way I could have lived my life without worrying about the Seanchan or the Dragon Reborn.
In the Star Wars universe I would want to be a human smuggler during the reign of Palpatine. It would be tricky with all the imperials about, but each day would be an adventure.
In the Star Trek universe I would want to be a Romulan Commander. To be an adversary of Captain Kirk. Yeah I would probably get my ass kicked, but it would be fun.
In the realm of video games I think it would be fun to be a Spartan from the Halo universe.
In the Seven Kingdoms of GRRM. I would like to be a Maester of the Citadel and a sworn brother of the Nights Watch.
