Agreed. The Harry Potter audiobooks were amazing with Jim Dale. *NM* Gher Send a noteboard - 20/11/2009 11:18:03 PM
So I've taken up hiking as my new fill-the-time-until-I-get-a-job thing.
I walk around with the dog, listening to audio books. Might even kick me in shape, at least it gives me something to do.

I had planned to listen to WoT, but I really hated the production.

It is obvious that a good or bad audio book can make or break a story. So I was wondering if anyone can recommend any good audio books for me.

For now I have Harry Potter in my MP3 player, read by Jim Dale. How much I love Stephen Fry, he is just not as good as Jim Dale reading Harry Potter. I absolutely love his voice, and he is amazing with the different characters. Fry ,unfortunately, makes Voldemort sounds nice and gay.
