The characters are all engaging. I could understand the thoughts motivations and empathize with every single one of them, a big step up from his Elantris. My favorite character was Lightsong... obviously. It was just such a great character.

The story was perfect. I have no complaints about the story. The magic system was original and fit to the story.

The only complaint I have is that there isn't a sequel yet.
