Charyou Tree gave me the same reaction. I only wish all six other books were as good. *NM*

It is the 4th book in the Dark Tower Series. Really, I need only say one thing to sum up my feelings:
"ROLAND, I LOVE THEE!"
If that didn't give you goosebumps, and perhaps a tear or two, then what will? I myself have never actually cried reading a book but I got pretty sniffly here. Is there a book that actually made those tear ducts in your eyes start functioning?

The last book has gotten more mixed reviews than just about any other book I know.

IIRC, he's said he wishes he hadn't written it, or something similar. *NM*

That's silly. It's entirely decent. He might as well regret Wolves of the Calla *NM*
