I still like some of his other movies better, but as a Lynch fanatic I can say that Dune did not disappoint me. A lot of the repulsive things about the Harkonnens in the movie were Lynch's own personal innovations.
Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
Once again I'm trying to plow my way through Dune
