He is on the final edits of book 3, Antiphon. It's on track for a Spring, 2010 release as planned. He's already written much of book 4, Requium and it's still on target for a late 2010 release. If things keep up at this pace, Book 5, Hymn, will be released in early 2011.
Of course, he and his wife recently had twin girls. I've gotta imagine that'll cut into writing time.

Well, the twins will certainly change the routine, and cut into some writing time... not to mention the much needed sleep.
Also, if Scholes books really start selling, I wouldn't be surprised if TOR paces the releases a bit more.
