I haven't read all of these, but I thought Obelisk Gate was magnificent, and I've enjoyed Yoon Ha Lee's other works and look forward to this one. Both of those, at the very least, would qualify as Science Fiction proper, though Obelisk Gate does take a little while to get there.
The Dream Quest of Vellitt Boe was dreamy and lovely. I'm not sure if it's the sort of thing I would go back and read, but I liked it quite a bit.
For novelettes and short stories, I've read Wong, Bolander, Pinsker, and El-Mohtar and consider them all capable authors, although they do tend very much toward the "soft" side of things, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
While there are certainly no Le Guins, Wolfes, etc. I think it's a decent list.
