With the amount of work he puts out, I would personally slow down a bit and do a rewrite once or twice, but then: I'm not a writer.

I did like Elantris, and enjoyed the first Mistborn novel, but haven't read anything else by him, except for the three short stories he wrote in the WOT universe.
