Braudel doesn't seem to be very easy to find. Tom Send a noteboard - 05/01/2013 11:16:52 PM
Forget about looking for hardcover versions; even new paperback versions don't seem to be readily available for his Capitalism and Material Life 1400-1800, which is the book that I would be most interested in reading.

Zorzi is someone I might be tempted to buy at a later date, but I think that after I finish Burckhardt I'm going to read more on the period from 1918 to 1939. In any event, he'll have to wait until I've found a few other books because the cost of shipping from Italy is more than the cost of the book itself.

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

– Procopius
