My top 3 books of 2012 have been ...
Busy year and been going through a lot of classics I've been meaning to get to for years or rereading old favorites, for books I've read in the last year that were new to me, Black Company, Glenn Cook; Shadow of the Torturer, Gene Wolfe; Solaris, Stanislaw Lem. Though to be honest I think I preferred the 3 2012 ones, more my taste, even if those 3 were undeniably much superior on any objective level.
