It's the first thing I've read in Greek in a LONG time. I'm going to make sure both Greek and Latin are in constant circulation from now on to avoid getting out of practice. That will make French, German, Italian, Latin and Greek that I circulate through (and of course English and Russian, but I'm not worried about "getting out of practice" with them). The other dead languages don't have enough extant works to do that with (i.e., Egyptian in its various stages of degeneration, Akkadian, Aramaic, Biblical Hebrew).
Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.
– Procopius
