I think I preferred RotCG's story to SW, but SW was better written.
OST is the best written of the lot, and also has an interesting story, but there's some continuity stuff in that one which just bugs the shit out of me.

After Erikson did terrible things to the continuity in the main series, ICE did a good job of repairing it with OST. Erikson's always said that ICE was much better at keeping on top of that than himself, and his books tended to be better at it when ICE was able to fact-check them (which he stopped doing after THE BONEHUNTERS to concentrate on his own books, which is when problems started cropping up). Based on that, I generally take ICE's timeline as the correct one over Erikson's.
