I get that it looks a little weird to read, but it's basically "Oh, she has a soft, whispery, alien voice."
Yeah I caught that description, and thought that may be the reason for the lack of capital letters. I guess it makes sense...in an odd sort of way. But if I tYpeD THis SenTenCe LikE THiS would you as the reader say it any differently?
Maybe not exactly like that, but IF you TYped thIS SENtence like thIS, I'd probably picture something like the G-Man from Half Life talking.
