I have several of Ragnar Benson's books, but not the explosives one. Also "101 Uses For a Dead Cat"

Abebooks have a page filed with weird and oddly titled books. It's quite bizarre.
Also, T. Lobsang Rampa was featured in a Cracked.com article. Apparently he purports that his titular visit to Venus is non-fiction. Also, "How to Avoid Huge Ships" was the mentioned in another Cracked article that compiled 'Impressively Sarcastic Amazon Product Reviews.' Some of the reviewers were particularly caustic about that one.
I would also like to point out that "Soldier Bear" is a work of non-fiction about a real bear that served as a mascot to Polish artillery unit in Italy in WW2. It makes you wonder what's the story behind a lot of the others.
