I'm kind of surprised it's even a question, I would hate to go through life having to finish everything and anything I start. That could be why I'm not a fan of going to the movies- once you're in the theatre you feel stuck and you have to kind of sit through it.
And it's irritating because half the time I'm just moody and half the time I won't really like it no matter how much I read it, and you can't tell if you don't give it another shot.
I don't have that, I can usually tell if it's something I could possibly like, just not right then. There are some books/authors I will enjoy absolutely all of the time (Catherine Asaro, etc) but there are others that I have to be in the mood for.
Have you ever stopped reading a book because you really don't like it?
