You wouldn't make it out of the initial bloodbath. Vivien Send a noteboard - 30/03/2012 03:50:08 PM
That I would drink so much water before the Games started I'd be borderline water intoxicated, so that way dehydration wouldn't be a problem. I would never drink sugary drinks or wines... seems like one of the best advantages you could give yourself, doesn't it?

I'm sure that they're hydrated to optimum levels before the games begin... But the thing to do isn't just drink a lot of water, it's eat salty food *and* drink a lot of water. (you'd immediately pee it out otherwise, it won't make much difference) So I would eat a ton of beef jerky. People forget, it's not just water but also salt that's essential to hydration what with the war on salt and all and the obsession with low sodium everything. Drives me crazy! Salt is only bad for you if it's too much *and* you have high blood pressure. If you're 90 over 60 like me, on the other hand, you can eat all the beef jerky you want :D

(Can you tell I'm hungry?)
