I'm curious about the movie, though my gut tells me it'll be dismal. Other than coming across Burrough's world in one of L. Sprague de Camp's short stories I know nothing of the source material. Can anyone enlighten me? Does the movie have any hope?


It's classic planetary romance / adventure pulp. I re-read them as an adult and liked. I think I'll re-read again.
