Dresden Files- are these subtle signs of time travel? (possible spoilers)

(added the spoilers tag because, while this is more conjecture than spoilers, they could pop up)
So, it seems to me that there are a number of small details throughout the books that imply time travel.
Or, more specifically, imply that at some point Butcher will write a book that involves Harry going back through time to several other books.
My problem is, I can only think of a couple examples off hand- does anyone know where there may be a more comprehensive list?
Examples I could think of:
-In "Small Favor," Harry is looking through his books for a treatise on the gruffs. He sees an old Calvin and Hobbes in his book of MAGICAL RESEARCH TOMES, thinks "Huh, that's weird," and then never mentions it again.
-In... something... there's an issue with Little Chicago. Harry decides he has to use Little Chicago for some piece of big magic (sorry, I forget which book!). Bob's all "You're crazy, captain! It hasn't been tested!" and Harry's all "Damn it, we have to try!" So Harry does his magic and it all works out... and then towards the end of the book, Bob mentions that he worked out the various calculations, and by all rights LC should have exploded when Harry used it. Implying that someone else fixed it.
I feel like there are more examples, but I can't think of anything. So,
1) Am I crazy?
2) If I'm not crazy, can anyone think of any more examples?
3) Is there anything like wotmania or the WOT FAQ for Dresden Files? The best I've been able to find this morning is a pretty empty wikia.

I amuse myself.

Butcher definitely seeds seemingly irrelevant minor details into earlier books

Yeah, but how much of that is pre-planning and how much is that Butcher

Mmm. I feel like the two details I mentioned are too deliberate for him not to have an explanation

Hm, that's pretty blunt, especially because... I'm not. At least, not like you are saying.

This idea rings a bell.

I just added a minor spoilers tag, though I think I've avoided any real spoilers

Also, didn't he have someone following him in one of the middle books that was never explained?

*Spoiler* I thought that...

Hm... Side Jobs has him tailing Harry, but I think it's in a different case

I'll have to re-read it.

No, the Side Jobs story "Back-up" is almost entirely self-contained
