Most dissapointing/bad was definitely When We Were Orphans by Ishiguro.
Camilla and I have discussed that book before, and we don't really get it either, but still enjoyed the book. On the whole.
I don't think its objectively a bad book, just one that didn't meet my expectations or quite fulfill its promise.

In Cold Blood was probably the best, Black Out/All Clear was pretty bad. *NM*
