Hm. I assumed he would live in the Nevernever, in the lands of Winter

It's tough to speculate, since EVERYTHING has changed... but possibly almost nothing as changed.
Harry could go hang out in the Nevernever, like I assume the current Summer Knight (Fix, right? I forget the name) does.
He could set up on Demonreach, which is definitely a "wizard sanctum" type of place, although I feel like Demonreach is important and weird enough that living there wouldn't happen in the same book as all these other changes are happening.
Or... he could do a mission with Mab, hit one of those pockets of "differently moving time" that occur in the Nevernever, and just pop out into the real world a year or two later, and go back to living in Chicago.
All of these things would have radically different ramifications for the series (elf politics vs. hermit wizard vs. wizard detective again), and are all, more or less, equally possible.

I amuse myself.
So about the next Dresden Files book...*SPOILERS*

Well, then you'd be okay with a skip as long as he doesn't tell them yet, right?
