Not long left to complete challenges, if you're doing them, so full steam ahead.
What do you plan to read this month?
What do you plan to read this month?
I like to think I'll get to that at least. I posted earlier today on the OF Blog the books I really want to finish before the year is out, with highlights for those read or about to be completed, so I'll post a link to that. Then there are a few more I aim to complete, listed below:
Umberto Eco, Foucault's Pendulum (Italian, German, English)
Yumeno Kyûsaku, Dogra Magra (French)
H.L. Mencken, Prejudices: Fourth, Fifth, Sixth Series
Shirley Jackson, Life Among Savages
Kathy Acker, Literal Madness
Nicola Griffith, Ammonite
And of course, 2-3 dozen more books that'll occur to me later.
Illusions fall like the husk of a fruit, one after another, and the fruit is experience. - Narrator, Sylvie
