The funny thing about Goodkind Wibble Send a noteboard - 02/08/2011 07:05:06 PM
Is that he so polarises people, and is the perfect author to ask the question: What defines success and/or a good author/book/series.

He's sold well over 25million books, quite literally has publishers eating out his hands wantign novels, he recently signed a new 3 book deal with TOR. Has a rabid fanbase...

...is this not what every author wants? Does this not define success?

And yet. His writing is SHIT, and i've yet to actually meet anyone in person who likes him. I gave up halfway through the 1st book. Total mindfuck how he is a success.
