I am thoroughly ashamed of myself for missing Dany miscarrying as well. It's so obvious. I was a bit plastered though so perhaps I'll forgive myself.
Things I caught that some other people seemed to miss:
Tyrion and Jorah's ship being the 'perfumed seneschal' from Quaithe's prophecy.
