I was getting very confused around page 100 because Maester Aemon waes alraedy daed in Book 4 (sorry, got carried away with the needless use of "ae", my chief stylistic complaint with Martin). I think that chapter should have been in A Feast for Crows just for continuity's sake.
Regardless, that reminded me of everything I needed to be reminded of and now I think I can read the book with a lot more enjoyment.
