While I'll write at least one formal review later, quick impressions on two books finished Larry Send a noteboard - 02/07/2011 09:20:41 PM
I enjoyed Heartless more than I did Changeless or Blameless, which means I thought it to be an amusing, diverting read, albeit a bit light on a few matters.

Also finished The Alloy of Law. This is the sort of story that plays up to Sanderson's strengths and masks his flaws. Quick, almost hiccup-free romp of a police procedural/mystery/fantasy series. Interesting portent for a future novel, either during that time 300 years after the Mistborn trilogy or for the planned second trilogy.
