But it is because of the L+R=J theory that I say Jon is both Ice and Fire. He is the merging of house Stark (um, Ice) and Targaryen (Fire). Sorry if you are sick of the theory, but I think it is one of the strongest theories I have ever seen in fantasy fandom. Stronger than any theory as to who killed Asmodean in WoT even. (BTW, I am a recent convert to this theory, having formerly thought that Jon's father might have been Robert; but that does not make sense at all).
And sure, Jon and Dany could get together, since we all know that Targaryens like to keep it in the family (gross to us, but there are real world historical examples as I am sure everyone knows). And it isn't like they are brother and sister, just cousins (although that is still kinda close for my tastes, but then they are the blood of the dragon).
I include Bran in this dragon riding mix since we already have seen that he has some mystical abilities to mentally communicate with critters of all sorts (from wolves to Hodors!). Not a big leap to expect him to be able to control a dragon. Boy will THAT surpise Dany!
