How is that even possible?
Apparently Bantam are extremely unhappy that this has happened, but can't do much about it. Amazon.de put a hold on any copies that were going out, but a good few dozen were sent out before that.
Westeros.org already has people discussing the book (which is impressive given copies could only have started showing up first thing this morning) and some scans of the new maps in the ADWD subforum.
Amazon says my Dance With Dragons copy is on its way.
