Because I like reading kids books. 
I read YA frequently. The point of reading is to have fun, to enjoy yourself. And sometimes a kids book is perfect. I just read Scott Westerfeld's Uglies. -shrug-
And I LOVED The Hunger Games. Loved loved loved.
