I know they're all monsters of books but I really suggest you read them. And, honestly, I don't think you can even describe and Erikson book in a sentence or two...sorry...but...
And also I think the best were Gardens of the Moon, Deadhouse Gates, Memories of Ice and House of Chains. Those are all the ones I've read and they were all AMAZING! I'm in the middle of Midnight Tides now, this one moves a bit slower but is still very very good.
