I showed up because of Ken Jennings. Arok Manok Send a noteboard - 04/03/2011 04:35:00 AM
To explain, I started checking Reddit a few weeks ago -- mostly just procrastination -- and today there was an IAMA (I am a) by Ken Jennings where he answered questions.

One response/question was from his one-time roommate Brandon Sanderson.

Going through Sanderson's past reddit comments, I came across several posts about writing and reading, and one on writing mentioned reading as much as possible.

This made my dwell upon my reading holdups, and so I thought about posting it somewhere.

This is the only board/site I have/keep a login for, and I figured there'd be some like minds here, especially given all the "I no longer read WoT" folks there were at Wotmania. And so I came here.
