apparently leblanc has been dead for quite a while, and his books are available on project gutenberg, so if anyone wants to read them for free, it is possible even without a well stocked library.
I myself enjoyed the Arsène Lupin stories when I was young, but it has been years and years since I last read them, and I never even tried them in French, iirc.
