It sounds confusing. I've read books that alternate between voices many times, though it usually occurs in different chapters or there is a break in the story. (Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series has around 7 characters that might narrate any chapter. One is first person, the others are third, but it's always clear within a few words who is doing the talking, and doesn't change mid paragraph.)
