It's been years since I've been even remotely up-to-date with recent fantasy, "heroic" or otherwise. Still, a good number of them sound good, and considering that the list focuses on heroic/epic fantasy, I think you'll get more agreement with your list on this board than you seem to suggest.
I certainly intend to read Sapkowski at some point when he becomes affordable, in whatever language (other than Polish, I mean ), and the Esslemont, and perhaps a few others from that list.
