the part about only 12 pures left.

Twelve Pures remained, feeding. Twelve. Perhaps there were others, lost in farflung places, but she knew nothing of them. No, these twelve, they would be the faces of the final storm, and, pre-eminent among them all, she would stand at that storm’s centre.


I am assuming this means there are only 12 FA left? But I never knew FA to "feed" but rather Dragons. Considering she mention's herself in the center I take this to mean there are only 12 Azath left, since they are connected to the Azath?
