About the same time that the HBO season for "A Storm Of Swords" has finished production. The heat will be on him.

I doubt he'll finish it at all if the series gets canceled. OR he'll just toss what he's written into the covers of two books and just walk away, calling it "finished."

I love the books. I've lost faith in Martin as an author. He's having too much fun making money off of all the stupid merchandising spin offs.

He's really spending an awful lot of time with that "Wild Card" series. I simply cannot get into it, and see it as a terrible waste of time, considering the enormous fan base for "A Song of Ice and Fire."
