I am still wondering how to find a horror book that does not actually scare me silly. I noticed the Parasol Protectorate was placed under horror in Blackwells...

She writes these great surrealistic stories that are disconcerting and sometimes scary (though not the "I don't dare to turn out the lights anymore" kind of scary), but it's generally rather hard to tell what the scary thing even is.

Or Lovecraft, do you like him? Or Poe. Poe is awesome.
