I think that he's under a LOT of pressure now from the places where it counts (publisher, HBO, etc. ) and will get the book out this year (2011). However, I think that the expectations for the book will be far higher than what it can deliver, and so many will be disappointed by it. After all, his sorry-ass excuse for not finishing it sooner was that he wanted it to be as good as possible.
