2010 Top 5 Maria Send a noteboard - 21/12/2010 10:51:10 AM
As it has been a tough academic year, I've tended to read mostly "easy books", and I've gotten depressingly little time to read at all.
The list is in a random sequence.

* The Parasol Protectorate by Gail Carriger
Loved those books - witty and some lovely characters. Great way to get my mind off upcoming exams. Thank you Rebekah for writing the review.

* SUM: Forty tales from the afterlife by David Eagleman
A small book with lots in it. Some of the scenarios were rather disturbing, and some a bit more nice. I hope none of those are the truth of it though.

* The Gathering Strom by Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson
Once a fan - always a fan. Enough said.

* The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
A classic. Lovely. No idea why I haven't read it earlier.

* Our Tragic Universe by Scarlett Thomas
A nice summer read about life's mysteries, knitting and the storyless story.

Little?
Me?
Far from it.
I am just large enough.
Fill myself completely

from top to bottom.
Are you larger than yourself maybe?
