Though I don't know that my rereading patterns have any relation to the seasons... and a lot of my rereading is when I'm just feeling bored. I guess many people have nostalgic favourites they keep rereading (Eddings, LotR, the Three Musketeers, various children's books,...), and then there are more serious literary works that might be worth a reread due to your having grown as a person since the last time you read it (as an extreme example, I managed to work my way through War and Peace when I was twelve or thirteen; needless to say, a reread now would likely be more productive and let me appreciate the book more than my original reading).
Rereads.

I mostly reread nonfiction, because I apparently don't retain the information well enough at first. *NM*

I love to re-read. Most of the things I've read, I've read 2-4 times each. *NM*
